We prefer to send international orders via UPS so that a tracking number is
provided, and the items arrive faster.
International shipping will cost a bit more since it is based on weight and destination,
on average, is about $20-30 more not including any duties.
We can send orders standard US Mail, but cannot take any responsibility for lost packages.
Due to the wide range of product size and product weight for the items we sell, the shipping charges
for expedited delivery vary, so applying a standard rule is difficult.
If you need NEXT DAY or SECOND DAY delivery:
Please send us a note BEFORE or IMMEDIATELY AFTER you place your
order and tell us that your order is coming, or was placed and you need priority shipping. Since time is usually not on our side, and we need to make the daily pick-up, if we have to write back to you and ask your NAME .. it slows things down.
We will expedite your delivery and put the difference in shipping charges on the credit card
that you used for the initial order.
So your credit card statement will show two(2) charges from 'technoweenie'.
ex. you buy a bottle of ID Lube Plus for 14.99
Normal shipping is $8.50.
You need it overnight to Seattle.
UPS Next Day Delivery is $23.49
Your credit card statement will show two charges:
technoweenie.................$23.49 ($14.99+8.50s/h)
technoweenie.................$17.50 ($26.00-$8.50)
Please do not wait a day or two before telling us you need expedited shipping.
There is a 20% restocking fee in orders returned to the warehouse for reasons other than product defects
